- Press the ‘print screen’ or ‘PrtSc’ key on your keyboard
- Open up Microsoft Paint by
- Click Start button
- Type ‘Paint’
- Click on the Paint App
- Click the Paste clipboard and choose ‘paste’
- Save the document and attach it to your ticket or e-mail.
