If you are trying to print and the prints are not coming out please do the following before contacting IT:
Ask to see if anyone else is having the issue. If so, please restart the printer and try again before contacting IT.
If the printer issue is just yourself, please try:
Restart your device
Ensure you are connected to the work network(cable preffered)
Try printing again. If the issue is still there. Please contact IT
