So you can access any mapped drives and connect to resources in the office when you’re working remotely, you need to connect the VPN:
On the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, look towards the right hand side, near the date / time.
Click the upward pointing arrow to open up the running application menu:
Look for the VPN icon (looks like a computer screen with a lock in the top left corner):

Right click on the icon to bring up the menu and select ‘Connect’:

You’ll get another popup in the centre of your screen showing the connection process, once the connection has been established you’ll see a taskbar prompt showing your VPN connection is now connected:
Once connected, no further user action is required.
